It is important to implement a business plan that insures strategic growth. We must work diligently to solve our challenges, and through a solid commitment to change management, bring about the growth that is so necessary at this time.
This is the beginning of an era of openness and inclusiveness for CFA. I know we have a lot of talented people in our hobby. It is my intention to push open the doors and utilize each of your talents and expertise.
I believe in our product, and I am confident that we have a winner. When we get the message out about our wonderful pedigree cats and the benefits of our hobby, we cannot lose.
We are in the process of developing a marketing program to help clubs be even more successful. It is my goal to continue to expand operations in critical areas such as show management, breeder and exhibitor services and operations.
By bringing fiscal responsibility to CFA we will be able to afford to return some of the services that we have lost.
