Jerry has a proven track record in the areas of sponsorship negotiations, optimizing cost/expense ratios, streamlining operations, contract negotiations, leveraged buyouts and special event planning and administration.
In addition, Jerry has negotiated with numerous organizations in industries ranging from entertainment to hospitality and consumer products, including Atlantic Records, Budweiser, Fuji, HBO and Warner Brothers.
As Chief Executive Officer of Marlen Amusement, the largest vending company in western New York, and also of Niagara Falls Enterprises, the largest single property owner in Niagara Falls, NY, Jerry has covered all facets of managing two successful businesses for more than 25 years.
Jerry has served on the Boards of Directors for several non-profit boards, including hospitals, foundations and schools. In serving on the board of directors for a local hospital, Jerry was part of a team that negotiated union contracts and settlement of malpractice law suits.
